Polar Stereographic map projection

In the GRIB files we have avoided to use Mercator-projection as Google map uses for instance, and which allows only the view up to 85 degrees N/S.
Instead of a mercator map WeatherTrack uses a simple lat-lon projection that goes up to the poles, but with considerable distortion.
Polar Stereographic map projection is another option indeed for better displaying polar regions of the earth. We will work on being able to make the map projection user configurable in the future and include some of the more popular projection models as well.
