You do not need to get GRIB files sent to you. WeatherTrack does request and download these files on your behalf if you choose an area on the blue/yellow selection map.
If you mean send to you by email, there are several services out there like the following:
All these services use their own syntax in an email message to specify the area and layers of interest. Some of these services require a subscription. The resulting files are attached to email messages and can all be opened from WeatherTrack.
