I have bought weather track and optional weather in route for ipad. When I define a route and download a grib, it shows a partial meteogram. If I click different times in the grib button, the weather map displaces upwards. This also happens if I download a grib file outside the weather route option.
It is very likely that you have enabled the function "Track Weather". After entering course and speed this function moves the forecast area according to the speed and course you have entered to optimize the file size of the GRIB forecast (in the next WeatherTrack version this function will be called GRIB-OPTIM). After selecting the area of interest on the blue-yellow map, please tap on the GRIB parameters (wheel, below in the task bar), scroll down until you see "Track Weather". Set speed and course to 0.

This is happening to me, too. I set a course (from Newport, RI to NJ), download a GRIB, and the resulting weather grid moves steadily north over the course of several days, until my route (which is in New England), is no longer covered…I'm seeing the weather in Canada instead!
